There are many myths and theories about the cultivar of the "Shinchas", whether it is the broad conceptual court. The reason is the already diffuse interpretation in Japan and the regional specificity, which, however, have the advantage of giving local tea farmers a great deal of leeway in the breeding and processing of their tea plants.

Our exclusive Shincha SP-1 YAMESHINCHA-TEA SUPREME BIO, SP-2 KUMAMOTOSHINCHA-TEA SUPREME BIO and SP-3 KAGOSHIMA-FUKAMUSHI-SHINCHA-TEA SUPREME BIO have two characteristics:

1) Compared to other green tea leaves, it has a relatively high moisture content.

2) The tea leaves come from the first picking of the tea plant, which had enough time over the autumn, winter and spring months to enrich itself with amino acids and catechins, for example. Since the focus is on relaxing and revitalizing freshness, the tea leaves are processed quickly. Unlike the conventional so-called "first picking", which begins in April in most growing regions, which are located in the alluvial lowlands, the Shincha from Koga is not started until mid-May. The tea farmers from Kyushu give the buds and young tea leaves more time to ripen due to the mountainous highlands. The freshness and, at the same time, rounded balance make the SP SHINCHA-TEE SUPREME BIO variety green teas of incomparable quality, which have the breath of three seasons.
